Return Policy:

Damaged Parts:

  • If you receive a damaged item we will need the following information:
    • Picture of packaging
    • Picture of UPS / USPS label 
    • Detailed picture of any and all damage to item(s)
    • Detailed picture of any packaging materials that may have been in the box to secure your item
    • Brief description of damage
  • This should be good to get this claim moving forward.  In the meantime we will order you a replacement for you and we will ship it once we receive the required info. As far as the damaged item, we ask that you please hold onto the item during the claim process. The shipping company reserves the right to void the claim if the damaged item is shipped back to us before the claim is settled. Please keep in mind that the claim process can take anywhere between 4-8 weeks for completion. Once the shipping company has made a decision on the claim we will reach out and let you know if the shipping company are going to send someone to inspect/pick up the damaged item, or if you can dispose of the item. Defective parts:

  • If the part has been installed you must contact your nearest Toyota dealership. They must inspect the car, with the part still in the car and make sure that the part is the cause of the failure. If the part was installed at a Toyota dealership the part and labor will be covered under warranty. If the part was installed by you, or an outside garage, ONLY the part will be covered under warrantyyou will be responsible for the cost of labor
  • Under NO circumstances can you remove the part from the vehicle and send it back to us once it has been installed. YOU WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A WARRANTY. This is non negotiable per Toyota!
  • If you receive a part and it is damaged in the box and you decide to try and install it, this will void your right to a warranty replacement part, NO EXCEPTIONS !

General Info:

  • All parts returned to us must be returned in the original Toyota packaging, (this is the packaging with the Toyota part # label), (whether it be a box, plastic bag, etc), you can return it to us for a refund, minus shipping cost & a 10% restocking fee. If we do not receive the returned items within 60 days of purchase the return fee will be 20%. This is non negotiable since this is the fee Toyota charges us for returning your item to them.
  • Return requests need to be made WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PART
  • In the event you return a part without the original Toyota packaging it will not be considered for return. At this point you can pay to have the item returned to you
  • Electrical and special ordered items are non returnable
  • You must email customer service regarding any returns at bbc0a93dfbdb896c552ac5b4893517fb@emails.revolutionparts.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Failure to do so will void your right to a return
  • Any part with a dealer cost below $8.00 is not eligible for return. This pertains to the single unit cost per item and not for the total # of pieces ordered for that item
  • AIRBAGS ARE NON RETURNABLE ! 
    • Once the airbag box has been opened it is non returnable for any reason
    • If you receive a damaged airbag CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY
    • If you attempt to return an airbag without contacting us we will file charges with UPS and they will start an investigation and you could be fined up to $250,000 per item
    • Vin # must be provided for all airbag orders or they will be canceled if not received in a timely manner
  • Returns should be shipped back using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that has tracking numbers, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost when sent without proof of delivery to us.

  • Insure packages to the value you paid for the parts you returned (Check, but most carriers cover the first 99.99 plus shipping) as any loss or damage claims must be made by the shipper (you)

If the return is due to an error on your part:

  • There is a 10 % - 20 % restocking fee on all returned parts or cancelled special orders, assume your part is special order.
    •   If we receive your return BEFORE 60 days of receipt of the part, your return fee will be 10%.
    •   If we receive your return AFTER 60 days of receipt of your part, your return fee will be 20%.
  • Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
  • If your order is placed WITHOUT A VIN #, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN. This is NON NEGOTIABLE. We ask you for the vin # several times on our website before checkout, if you ignore to include it we will NOT pay the return shipping !!!
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria at the customers expense.
  • A credit will be issued in the amount of the return less any restocking fee (if any).
  • If you ordered the wrong part and wish to exchange it for the correct one, shipping of BOTH parts involved in the exchange is the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
  • IMPORTANT... IF YOU ARE ASKED TO RETURN A PART AND WRITE AN RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX, DO NOT WRITE ON THE TOYOTA BOX. THIS WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY THE PART FROM CONSIDERATION FOR CREDIT. IF WE SHIPPED THE PART TO YOU DIRECTLY IN THE TOYOTA BOX, WRITE THE RMA NUMBER ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND TAPE IT TO THE BOX. THIS IS DUE TO TOYOTA'S POLICY AND NOT OURS, SO WE HAVE NO LEEWAY IN THIS MATTER.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order, or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped & no longer in our possession. Once the item is shipped we WILL NOT REFUND YOUR SHIPPING COST
  • If you place an order and we have to cancel it we may charge up to 15% cancellation fee to cover our expenses
