Shipping Policy- Auto Supply Store

  • "In stock" orders typically ship within 24 hrs. from the time of order
  • Weekday orders placed after 3pm Est time will be processed the following day
  • Weekend orders placed after 3pm Est on Friday will not be processed until Monday. This goes for any expedited shipments also !
  • If a part is not in stock and we must order it through the manufacturer, it typically takes 2-3 BUSINESS days to arrive here at the dealership, some items have a longer eta to arrive and may take between 5-7 BUSINESS days to arrive here at the dealership and will be shipped to you asap.
  • If an item is on backorder, we will email and call you to let you know the expected eta from Toyota. Please keep in mind that the eta can and often does change without warning
  • ANY OVERNIGHT ORDER SHIPPED ON FRIDAY MAY NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. UPS DOES NOT DELIVER OVERNIGHT ON SATURDAY
  • Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled for any reason, nor can the address of the shipment be altered. PLEASE VERIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
  • While our online shipping calculator tries to correctly calculate the cost of each shipment, there are occasions where your order may cost more to deliver. Typically this happens due to the dimensions provided by Toyota being incorrect, oversized, or your order taking more than 1 package to deliver. We reserve the right to change the price of shipping at any time and are not responsible for what you were quoted at time of checkout. If you are unsatisfied we can cancel you order.
  • We also reserve the right to change the shipping priority from a conventional delivery service like UPS or USPS to a freight shipment depending on the size of the items in your order
  • We reserve the right to cancel any part we deem un-shippable. These would be items like glass, A/C lines, brake lines or any other high damage items
  • Parts containing hazardous materials, (airbags and some other electrical items like (speakers) will have an additional shipping cost of $40.00 per hazmat item on top of normal shipping costs
  • We can ship to PO boxes and APO addresses
  • We do not ship internationally, only within the 48 states
  • ANY SHIPPING PROMOTION HAS A $25 MAX DISCOUNT OFF THE PRICE PAID FOR SHIPPING, FREIGHT ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY
  • Shipping charges will be doubled for orders returned to us that are deemed "non deliverable or "return to sender". We will reach out to you once the item arrives back here to collect the 2nd shipping charge. If you do not want to pay the additional charge, your order will be canceled and we WILL NOT REFUND the initial price paid on the order for shipping, however you will receive full credit for the part(s).
